Carol Ann Kagelmann

(Nee Medved) Died peacefully at the age of 83 on April 30, 2017 joining her beloved husband, Al Kagelmann, who preceded her.

Caring mother of Todd (Sandra) Kagelmann and Jodi Kagelmann, wonderful stepmother to Kris (Richard) Holtz and Karol Kagelmann. Deeply loved by her brother, Marshall (Bonnie) Medved. Preceded in death by her parents, Max and Esther Medved (nee Steingart). Proud grandmother to Brad, Vinny, Austin, Jason and Jena and truly loved by her nieces and nephews. Deeply cared about by her many close family and friends.

Carol was a longtime resident of Cedar Lake Hills in Slinger. She had a long career at MPS where she used her unique skills to teach early education to countless students who she loved and was always remembered by.

She enjoyed socializing and was an avid bowler, golf fan, bridge player and traveler. Carol’s many gifts included her positive, generous nature. She will be remembered as a strong, supportive, kind and fun-loving woman and the glue that kept her family close.

Funeral service Thursday, May 4th at 12:30 PM at Congregation Shalom, 7630 North Santa Monica Boulevard, Fox Point. Interment to follow at Mound Zion Cemetery, 14510 West North Avenue, Brookfield.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Congregation Shalom following interment.
