Dr. Aaron Chaim Bodner

A lifelong resident of Milwaukee, passed away peacefully on the early morning of Sunday, January 27th, 2019 at the age of 78.

Dr. Bodner was a practicing OBGYN for more than 40 years, delivering generations of babies throughout the community. He served as President of Congregation Beth Israel amongst many other community leadership involvements. Aaron’s biggest passion was his family. He married his best friend from childhood, Marilyn, 53 years ago. Aaron was preceded in death by his parents, Esther and Benjamin, and brother, Jerry Bodner. He is survived by his beloved wife, Marilyn Bodner, and his children, Matthew, Bradley (Stacy), Tammie, Darren, and Elianna (Cory). Loving grandfather of Koby, Ari, Danielle, Benjamin, Abigail, Lexi, Hannah, Madeline, and Jax.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 30th at 11:00 AM at Congregation Beth Israel Ner Tamid, 6880 N. Green Bay Ave., Glendale. Burial to follow at Mound Zion Cemetery, 14510 W. North Ave., Brookfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research appreciated.
