I was a friend and high-school mate of Roberta Kauer’s back in the ‘80s. Please tell her grieving family (especially her hubby, Fred), how sorry I am for their loss and to let me know if I personally can do anything for them.

My heart is saddened to hear of my former student, Roberta Kauer, passing away this past week. As her Phy. Ed. Teacher I helped her after school on developmental motor skills while she was in kindergarten. Later, in 5th grade, I was her classroom teacher in that same Good Hope School in Glendale. And later in life, I had the opportunity to teach both of her daughters, Hilary and Lindsay at Glen Hills Middle school. I am so sorry for the loss of this mother and wife, and hope and pray for Roberta and her daughters, Lindsay and Hilary, to have comfort in that. I remember Roberta fondly from my teaching days at Glendale Schools…Rest in Peace, Roberta!
